Participates in root cause analysis activities and documents findings to support team learning and future improvements. Supports integrated supply chain activities by collaborating with team members in demand, supply, and logistics to meet cost, service, and inventory targets. Outlines tasks and schedules to help align with team expectations. Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes OR Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 2+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes OR Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes OR equivalent experience. Certification in Six Sigma.
