Supply Plan Management: Ensuring service goals are achieved, driving timely & accurate supply communications. Track factory performance against plan, proactively managing all deviations & mitigating risks to meeting the supply commitment. Partner with cross functional teams to determine and execute an optimal fulfillment of the supply plan. Driving responsive solutions to changes in demand. Proactively manage deviations and mitigate risks to ensure supply continuity. Ensure accurate and on-time release of Build Plan data every week, reflecting the latest strategic priorities. Working with manufacturing and freight partners, you will drive flawless execution at a daily level through defining, maintaining, and measuring execution health metrics. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 3+ years supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, Sales & Operations Planning, material requirement planning systems and tools or related experience OR Master's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 1+ year(s) supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, Sales & Operations Planning, material requirement planning systems and tools or related experience OR equivalent experience. Strong knowledge of supply chain with prior experience in product supply planning, inventory management, procurement or manufacturing operations, SAP/IBP skills are a must. Strong analytical capabilities & experience with statistical tools (advanced Excel/ VBA, SQL/ ETL a plus) Strong process/system background and proven ability to rapidly understand, use and drive improvements in new processes/systems. Strong critical thinking and ability to drive resolution in ambiguous situations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Good business judgment & exceptional communication/presentation skills. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field. APICS certification.
