You will own end‑to‑end material readiness across Tier‑2 suppliers → hub → SI, ensuring build order can start production ontime without constrained by component availability. Drive material risk identification and mitigation, including shortages, yield issues, ECO impacts, and pull‑in demand scenarios. Drive timely shortage resolution by coordiating with SI, Tier-2 Supplier, Hub operation, logistics sourcing. Partner with SIs, sourcing, and engineering teams to validate material supportability and readiness for demand changes and ramp events. Monitor and improve material health metrics (commit vs. build, clear‑to‑build readiness gaps, cycle‑time impact), and lead escalations as needed. Ensure data accuracy and end‑to‑end visibility across systems to enable proactive material decisions and on‑time cloud hardware delivery. You will develop and influence Cloud supply plans. You'll also conduct analysis and determine “what-if” scenarios impacting supply and demand management, and help lead contingency plans and impact assessments. You will apply strategy for determining the best operating model for optimizing service levels, costs, and inventory positioning. You'll also collaborate with the team in developing the strategy for transferring materials, builds, and shipments. After overseeing the planning of required raw materials, you will direct the transition from old to new products while avoiding waste. You'll also address the obsolescence of goods by proposing recommendations, and provide leadership to correct complex issues when reacting to changes in demand build. You will serve as an expert in tools and processes for managing supply and driving improvements, summarizing complex systems and guiding standardization. You'll also manage data sources for analyzing supply, oversee the creation of dashboards to present analysis, and design data management processes.
